NEELAM SHARMA

Middle - School Co-ordinator

DOAC Ma’am has guided me in Year 2020-21 specially for-

·      Planning for academic session 2020-21

·      Orientation meetings

·      Regular academic meetings

·      Clear instructions for upcoming academic events

·      Guidance whenever required

·      Feedback for all academic events

·      Perfect coordination between all the wings

·      Taking opinion and respecting suggestion

·      Freedom to express my views.

·      Class observations and feedback to teachers for improvement

This has been really very helpful as ,despite the toughest session due to pandemic, the

academic in school has been very effective under the guidance of Ma’am Bhagwanti. There

was good coordination between teachers, council members, students, prefects and parents.

Conduction of Online classes, assessments, VPTMs, circulation of important academic

information, the effectiveness of CRs and prefects, everything went in sync and was

effective.

Actually, these words and lines cannot describe her kind guidance. She has been always

available for us.

SHRAIYA GUPTA

TGT English

You have led by example  by responding to new and unfamiliar situations during the pandemic(2020-21) by being flexible and demonstrating the ability to think on your feet.

You guided me how to simplify the introduction of various linguistic topics by associating them with day-to-day life and then incorporating them in the same literature lesson that is being taught in the class. For example, if the chapter , “The Lost Child” has been taught in the class , the incorporation of ‘Diary Entry’ , ‘story writing’ and ‘cloze passage’ into the chapter helped the children in recapitulation and revision without getting overburdened with extra tasks.  Again, ma’am the way you conducted meetings with the staff to brief them about the new evaluation processes, new apps to conduct various assessments on TEAMS, FORMS, EXAM.NET, the patience that you displayed in making us understand and learn the functioning of various

Educational APPs was commendable and it helped me to show patience with children during online classes.
