a question based on ‘Role of a Mentor.
The groups brainstormed over the questions and then came up with relevant views and suggestions. Each group reviewed points written by the other group and then gave their insight and feedback. It was an enriching activity as everyone got a chance to narrate their experiences as a mentor in their groups.
The resource person then narrated a story which emphasized the importance of being an efficient and effective mentor. The story was heart touching as it made each one of us rethink our role as a guide and nurturer. Last but not the least was an activity related to the qualities of each member.
It was an activity wherein everyone had to write a positive and a negative point of all the members. We all got to know many qualities of ours which are positive but are hidden and others noticed and highlighted and there were a few qualities in which we all must introspect.
